Media Sales Director

Remote (Anywhere in United States)

The role of the Media Sales Director is to sell our post transaction ad tech and advertising space across our network to clients. Some clients will be interested in both the supply and the demand side of our platform.

You will lead conversations bringing together the client that wants to advertise with the company that owns the advertising space. Internally, you will partner with sales operations to manage client relationships to drive successful outcomes.

Desired skills:

  • 5+ years experience selling advertising and/or ad technology

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas

  • Established Retail Media Rolodex (known brands in the retail/e-commerce vertical)

  • Contacting businesses and other potential clients to source new leads – this could be through phoning, emailing, visiting in person and/or contacting on social media

  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by making sure they are aware of all the advertising solutions offered by AdsPostX and working with your colleagues (such as ad operations) to ensure the client is happy with what is offered

  • Staying in the know about different forms of communication (eg some companies look for candidates who are knowledgeable about retail media or search engine marketing)

  • Meeting sales quotas

  • Being a good brand ambassador

Qualifications and training:

Account Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can work well with cross-functional team members. This individual will be the relationship lead, growing our partnership with a number of enterprise clients and driving our mutual success through building, optimizing and executing marketing campaigns.

What you will bring:

Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Business Development team by building a sales pipeline from initial touch points to up until first meeting.  Lead development will happen through outbound marketing strategies and campaigns. Engagement begins with research, prospecting, conferences, social selling, and other various targeted avenues that lead to growth for AdsPostX.

The Sales Development role is vital to the success of the revenue organization.

What you'll do:

  • Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities

  • Strategize with Business Development team on specific go-to-market and vertical industry expertise to create outbound messaging for partnership opportunities

  • Provide timely follow up to inbound inquiries

  • Develop and execute creative outbound prospecting campaigns through email and outbound phone calls

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand priorities and interest in retail media prior to introducing a lead or a scheduled introduction meeting with the Business Development team

  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects from initial outreach to first meeting

  • Leverage and maintain CRM tools to prospect into targeted accounts

  • Assist with asset gathering, ad trafficking, troubleshooting, performance reporting, and optimization.

  • Build and refine internal processes to improve efficiency for the Account Management team.
